An interactive web map, spatially depicting policies of the Bedford Borough Local Plan, adopted in 2020. The map illustrates some 44 spatial layers of the Local Plan, spanning the entire Borough, including housing and employment land allocations, conservation areas, cycle paths, flood zones, listed buildings, green spaces and more. The map is was created in ESRI’s ArcMap and published to an ArcGIS Online Web App.

Creating and updating the detailed spatial data involved in the production of paper maps of each of 40 Settlements, including large detailed maps of Bedford Central area and Bedford Town Centre and a Borough-wide map (A0) incorporating Ordnance Survey Mastermap data as the background map. All of which are available to download here.
